Trading in Flee the Facility

Trades happen at the Trading Post — a place inside the game, not a website. Here is what it lets you do, what it does not, and how to work out whether an offer is worth taking.

You need level 6

Below level 6 the Trading Post will not let you in. You reach it from Camp Lapis — the entryway is to the left of the waterfall — or from the “Trading” button on the right of the screen. Either way you pick a trading server, or hit Quick Join for a random one.

You trade hammers and gemstones — separately

Every cosmetic in the game is a hammer and a gemstone, and the trade menu lets you switch between them. That means someone can offer you just the hammer, just the gemstone, or both. This is the single thing people get wrong most often about value. Community value lists price the pair. A legendary hammer on its own is worth about 70% of that number and its gemstone about 30%; for epic, rare and common items each half is worth half. So an offer of one hammer is not an offer worth the number you looked up. Hammer values and gem values are listed separately for exactly this reason.

Some things can never be traded

Credits cannot be traded. Neither can your Default Hammer, your Default Gemstone, or anything the game marks as untradable. If someone promises you credits for an item, the game itself cannot carry out that trade.

The limits are small — plan around them

One side of a trade holds at most 4 different items, and at most 10 of any one item. Going over the stack limit destroys the items, so do not try. After anyone adds or removes something there is a three-second wait before either side can accept — that pause exists so nobody can swap an item out at the last moment.

The game’s own rules, on the board at the Trading Post

The Rule Board in the Trading Post lobby says: do not accept trades for Robux; finish a trade in one session so nobody walks off with your items halfway; all trades are final; the maximum stack is 10; and be kind. The Robux rule is worth repeating, because it is also the answer to “how much is this in real money”: these items have no money price. They are traded for each other, and anyone who wants to move the deal off the Trading Post is asking you to give up the only protection you have.

The in-game list does not tell you what anything is worth

The Collector’s Guide at the Trading Post shows every hammer and gemstone in the game, and it is genuinely useful for seeing what an item looks like before you accept it. But the wiki is explicit that its order means nothing: it does not determine if an item is “better” or “worse”. Value comes from what traders actually agree on — which is what a value list is for.

So — is the offer any good?

Put both sides in and find out before you accept, not after: trades are final. The trade checker adds up both sides in FV and tells you win, fair or lose, and it lets you mark each item as hammer, gem, or both. All 458 items are in the value list, from 2026-08-26.

How the Trading Post works is described on the community-run Flee the Facility wiki. It is written by players, not by the developers, and the game changes — check anything that matters in the game itself. Values on this site are community estimates, not official Roblox prices, and FairStash is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or the Flee the Facility team.

DISCORD BOT

Check trades without leaving the chat.

/trade tells you if an offer is a win before you accept it. /value gives the value, demand and how many are listed right now — for any of 458 items. Works in any server, and in your own DMs — start with /help.
