FairStashFTF

Support

One address: support@fairstash.app. There are no accounts here, so there is nothing to unlock and no password to reset. FairStash is run by one person — expect an answer in a day or two, not in an hour.

A value looks wrong

Read this first, it is the quickest answer. Every number here is a community estimate — what traders broadly agree an item is worth — not an official Roblox price. Where each one comes from is written out on the methodology page, and every page prints the date its numbers were collected, so you can see how fresh a number is before you argue with it.

Still think it is off? Write to us with three things: the item, the game it is in, and what you believe the value should be. Values move, we would rather be told.

The Discord bot

Adding it, the commands it answers, and how to switch the alerts off are all on the bot’s page. The bot cannot read messages — it connects with no intents at all — so if you want it to answer, use its slash commands.

FairStash inside ChatGPT or another assistant

The same catalogue is served over an MCP server; the address and what each tool does are on the MCP page. It is read-only and needs no key. If an assistant quotes a number without a date or without saying it is a community estimate, that is the assistant rewriting our answer — tell us which one and we will look at the wording we send it.

Remove my data

The one thing we can hold is a Discord username typed into the early-access form, and the server, channel and role IDs behind /alerts. To have either removed, write to privacy@fairstash.app — the full list of what exists is on the privacy page.

We never ask for your account

Nobody from FairStash will ever ask you for your Roblox or Discord password, a login code, or your items — not by email, not in a DM, not in a server. We do not message you first. If someone says they are FairStash support and asks for any of that, they are not us.

What we cannot do

We do not run trades, hold items, or stand between you and the person you trade with, so a trade that went badly is not something we can undo — in the game trades are final. We are also not Roblox: bans, hacked accounts and refunds go to Roblox support, not to us.

The rules of the road are on the terms page.
